Wendell Scott: NASCAR Hall of Fame Nominee

   Wendell Scott (1921 – 1990) is the only black driver to win a race in what is now the Sprint Cup Series. Scott, nominated for the NASCAR Hall of Fame, ran 495 races run over 13 years.
