    I've never heard of Airport Amusement park, I wonder what other parks Charlotte had between Lakewood Park and Carowinds

    Totally forgot about Airport Amusement park but went there several times in the 50's and early 60's. It was near the airport and I got to see a Constellation landing nearby.
