Bush Stationers, 1978

Christmas gift suggestions from Bush Stationers in 1978.

Harry Bush opened the first Bush Stationers in 1961 at Park Road Shopping Center. Did you shop at Bush Stationers before they closed in 1993?

I loved the Cotswold location and the Snoopy stuff they carried!

You can barely make out the Cotswold location below -- it's to the right of Wachovia if you don't recall...

I use to love going in Bush Stationers as a kid. I loved art and really loved all the papers and pens.
I grew up near Park Road Shopping center and we shopped there all the time. Remember JCPenney where Black Hawk is now. And, would go and watch the ladies icing
the cakes at Federal Bake shop (now Saurez) Great memories. Can you do post on Costwold and Park Road Shopping Centers? EAG (moved to CLT in 1966 when I was 2)

I enjoyed the store they opened at University Place right after it was built (late 80s). They had the best selection of pens and stationary items.
